We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if anything is delayed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 30 days with a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible — no runaround.
